Natalie Read

With ‘A’ grades in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry Physics and a ‘B’ in French, Natalie Read studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University. She had been inspired by the International Science School in Sydney in Y12, when she was just one of 5 students selected by the Royal Institution to represent the UK. She is now working in research.

Dale Salter

With ‘A’ grades in Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Biology and Engineering, Dale Salter graduated with a 2(i) BSc in Natural Sciences from the University of Southampton. With plans to enter medicine, Dale’s gap year has included shadowing the Air Ambulance at Kings’ College Hospital, and volunteering with St John Ambulance.


Keely Jo Frasca

Following a First Class Honours BSc (Hons) in Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London, Keely Jo Frasca completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology, passing with Distinction. Now studying for her PhD at King’s College in the Department of Management, she is also tutoring two Masters’ degree programmes at Goldsmiths and King’s. She hopes to complete further practical training to become a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.


Russell West

Following ‘A’s in Chemistry, Maths & Physics and a B in Engineering at A-level, Russell West is poised to graduate from Brunel University with a First in Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautics (MEng). Russell’s degree included a one year placement working on BAE Systems such as Heads Up/Helmet Mounted Displays, flight control computers and active joysticks for aircraft – including Typhoon, F-35 and T-50.“I love what I do now and none of this would be possible if it was not for the passion of my teachers”


Joshua Lynch

Joshua Lynch achieved the following A Level results ‘A’ in Engineering, ‘B’ in Geography and 2 ‘C’s in Maths and Physics and has since graduated with a First Class Masters Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering at City University, London. During his time at City he completed a one year accredited industrial work placement with Rural Arisings as a Site Supervisor/Student Engineer. Josh is now working for the large engineering consultancy, Mott MacDonald, as a Graduate Engineer in their Buildings & South East Division of their Buildings & Infrastructure Business Unit.

“My interests at Wilmington gave me my inspiration, and my teachers gave me an appreciation for what I would ultimately end up doing for a living. Without this guidance I would have had little idea as to what career prospects could be enjoyable whilst also continuing to challenge my competencies long-term.”
